VPN Bots Terms of Service
Last updated: July 23, 2026 Applies to: partners who have connected the VPN bots module on the AdaptGroup platform
1. General
This document governs the terms of connection and use of the VPN bots module. By connecting a bot, you confirm that you have read and fully accept these terms.
The module is provided by AdaptGroup LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (hereinafter — the "Company"), which operates the AdaptGroup platform (hereinafter — the "Platform").
The VPN bots module allows partners to launch a Telegram bot under their own brand, through which end users purchase VPN subscriptions. Server infrastructure, payment processing, and technical service support are provided by the Company.
2. Bot Connection
2.1 Bot Requirements
A Telegram bot created via BotFather is required for connection. The bot token is provided by the partner upon connection. One bot can only be connected to one organization on the platform.
By default, up to 5 VPN bots can be connected within a single organization. The limit can be increased upon request to support.
2.2 Changing the Bot Token
Changing the bot token after connection is not allowed. Resetting the bot token in BotFather will automatically block the organization.
To unblock, contact support. Unblocking is at the Company's discretion — including for the purpose of protecting end users who have purchased subscriptions through the bot.
2.3 Disconnecting the Bot
The partner may discontinue use of the bot. In this case, active subscriptions of end users continue to be valid until the end of the paid period — the Company ensures their fulfillment.
3. Infrastructure
Servers and VPN locations are shared across all bots on the Platform. The partner does not select or manage server infrastructure — this is the Company's responsibility.
The Company may, without prior notice to the partner, block an end user's subscription in case of violation of infrastructure usage rules, including:
- reselling the subscription to third parties;
- conducting network attacks of any type (DDoS, DoS, L3/L4/L7, and others);
- any other use that threatens infrastructure stability or violates the rights of third parties.
The Company strives to maintain stable infrastructure operation but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to specific locations and is not liable for temporary unavailability of individual servers.
4. Pricing and Revenue
The partner independently sets subscription prices for end users within the limits defined by the Company. The Company retains its share of each paid subscription — the current share is displayed in the dashboard.
The partner's revenue is credited to the bot balance, from which the partner withdraws it to the organization balance. The terms of withdrawals from the organization balance are governed by the platform's general terms of service.
5. Customization and Content
The partner may customize the bot's appearance — screen texts, images, welcome message, notifications. The partner is solely responsible for any content placed in the bot or sent to end users through it.
Placing content in the bot that violates Telegram's rules, applicable law, or third-party rights is prohibited. The Company may disconnect the bot if this requirement is violated.
6. End User Data
End user data is stored by the Company. The partner may notify their users that their data is processed with the involvement of a third party — even if the Platform's name is not disclosed.
7. Partner Responsibility
The partner is solely responsible for:
- the activities conducted through the bot and the actions of their end users to the extent caused by the partner's actions;
- compliance with applicable law regarding the provision of VPN services in the jurisdictions where the bot operates;
- properly informing end users about the terms of the services provided.
8. Company Rights
The Company has the right to:
- Disconnect the bot or block the organization for violation of these terms.
- Block an end user's subscription without notifying the partner in case of violation of infrastructure usage rules.
- Change its revenue share, notifying the partner through the dashboard in advance.
- Amend these terms — the updated version is published in the Platform documentation.
