Shop Bots Terms of Service

Last updated: September 28, 2026

Applies to: partners who have connected the Shop bots module on the AdaptGroup platform.

1. General

The Shop bots module is provided by AdaptGroup LLC, registered in Wyoming, USA (the "Company"), as part of the AdaptGroup platform (the "Platform").

The module enables partners to sell digital products through a Telegram bot: Telegram Stars, Telegram Premium, top-ups for gaming and other accounts, digital codes, and their own products with automatic delivery.

By connecting and using a Shop bot, the partner accepts these terms and the Platform's general terms of service. Available features and settings are displayed in the partner's dashboard.

2. Bot Connection and Management

The partner connects a Telegram bot using a token obtained through BotFather and manages it in the Platform's dashboard.

The partner is responsible for safeguarding the token, access to their Telegram account, and the permissions of members of their organization. Sharing the token with third parties or changing the bot's settings outside the Platform may affect its operation.

When disconnecting a bot, the partner must settle their obligations to buyers. Disconnecting a bot does not cancel previously accepted orders or related inquiries. Issues concerning pending operations are handled through support.

3. Catalog, Prices, and Fees

The partner independently manages their catalog and sets prices within the settings available on the Platform.

Product costs, fees, and other payment terms are displayed in the dashboard. The partner must take them into account when setting their own prices. Product purchase costs may change.

Product names, descriptions, and images must accurately represent what the buyer will receive. Material restrictions, recipient requirements, and conditions of use must be stated before purchase.

4. Balance and Partner Earnings

Funds in buyers' balances and the partner's earnings are accounted for separately. A buyer's balance top-up does not, by itself, result in earnings being credited to the partner.

The partner's earnings arise from completed operations, taking into account product costs and applicable fees. Available amounts are displayed in the dashboard.

The partner may transfer available Shop bot earnings to their organization's balance. Subsequent withdrawals from the organization balance are governed by the Platform's general terms. Current limits and fees are displayed in the dashboard.

5. Order Fulfillment

Order fulfillment time depends on the product type and the availability of external services. Acceptance of an order for processing does not mean that the product has already been delivered or the top-up completed.

Delays, technical errors, and fulfillment failures may occur. If an order has not been fulfilled or there are questions about its outcome, the partner must contact support and provide the order details.

The partner must not promise buyers delivery times, outcomes, or conditions that are not supported by the selected product and the Platform's capabilities.

6. Recipient Details and Refunds

Before making a purchase, the selected product, denomination, region, server, username, UID, and any other details required to fulfill the order must be checked.

If an order has been fulfilled using incorrectly supplied recipient details, or the buyer has selected an unsuitable region or product, no automatic refund is provided. Disputed cases are handled through support.

Refund decisions are considered by the administration on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the circumstances of the order and its actual outcome. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be restricted under applicable law.

7. Partner's Own Products and Automatic Delivery

The partner uploads their own products for automatic delivery and is responsible for their content, functionality, conformity with their descriptions, and the right to sell them.

The partner must keep products and stock up to date, prevent repeated sales of single-use data, and provide buyers with accurate instructions for use.

The partner handles buyer complaints concerning the content, quality, and functionality of their own products independently. If a problem relates to the Platform's technical operation, the partner contacts support.

Using automatic delivery does not relieve the partner of responsibility for the products they sell.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following are prohibited when using Shop bots:

  • Selling illegal products, including through automatic delivery.
  • Selling stolen data, access credentials, or other materials whose distribution violates the law or third-party rights.
  • Scams, fraud, phishing, and intentionally misleading buyers.
  • Accepting payment without the intention of providing the advertised product.
  • Publishing knowingly false descriptions, terms, or promises.
  • Using the bot in violation of applicable law or Telegram's rules.

If illegal products or fraud are identified, the Company may immediately disable the bot without prior notice.

The Company also reserves the right to block the organization and restrict operations involving its balance and withdrawals. Refund requests are considered by the administration on a case-by-case basis.

9. Bot Appearance and Broadcasts

The partner is responsible for the texts, images, buttons, links, messages, and broadcasts published through the bot, including materials added through customization settings.

The bot's appearance and messages must not violate the law, third-party rights, or Telegram's rules, contain fraudulent offers, or mislead users about products, the seller, or purchase terms.

10. Buyer Data

To operate Shop bots, the Platform processes necessary user, balance, order, and operation data in accordance with the Platform's Privacy Policy.

To fulfill an order, necessary details about the recipient and the selected product may be shared with external services involved in fulfillment.

The partner must use buyer data available to them only for servicing orders and other lawful purposes, prevent its unauthorized disclosure, and comply with personal data processing requirements.

11. Changes to the Terms and Support

The Company may amend these terms. The current version is published in the Platform's documentation.
