Public Offer

1. General​

This document is a public offer of AdaptGroup LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (hereinafter — the "Company"). The Company operates the AdaptGroup platform (hereinafter — the "Platform") and defines the terms of providing access to the Platform and its services.

By accepting this offer, you (hereinafter — the "Partner") enter into an agreement with the Company on the terms set out in this document.

Acceptance of the offer is considered to be registration on the platform with confirmation of agreement to these terms. From the moment of acceptance, the agreement is deemed concluded.

The Company reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time. The current version is published in the Platform documentation.

2. Subject of the Agreement​

The Company provides the Partner with access to the dashboard and basic functionality of the Platform, including:

• creating and managing an organization
• inviting members to the organization
• managing the organization balance
• connecting platform modules

Connection of individual modules (VPN bots, support bots, Pay API, VPN API, etc.) is made under additional terms of service of the respective module, which the Partner agrees to at the time of connection.

3. Service Pricing​

Registration on the platform and connection of modules are free of charge. Certain operations within modules may be paid — the cost of such operations is determined by the terms of the respective module and displayed in the dashboard.

Payment is made by debiting funds from the organization balance. The balance is topped up through payment methods available in the dashboard.

4. Rights and Obligations of the Parties​

4.1 The Company Undertakes To​

• Provide access to the dashboard and declared platform functionality.
• Store Partner data in compliance with information security requirements.
• Notify the Partner of changes to the terms of service through the dashboard.

4.2 The Partner Undertakes To​

• Use the platform in accordance with these terms and the terms of connected modules.
• Not transfer account access to third parties.
• Bear full responsibility for the activities conducted using platform tools.
• Before discontinuing use of modules, ensure full fulfillment of obligations to end users — active subscriptions and paid services must be fulfilled in full.

5. Term of the Agreement​

The agreement is concluded for an indefinite period from the moment of offer acceptance.

The Partner may discontinue use of the platform at any time. Before deleting the account, the Partner must:

• withdraw the remaining organization balance
• ensure full fulfillment of all obligations to end users within connected modules

The Company may restrict or block access to an account for violation of these terms or module terms of service. Upon blocking, the organization balance funds are preserved — the refund procedure is resolved through support.

6. Restrictions​

The platform is intended for persons who have reached the age of 16 years. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

7. Liability​

The Company is not liable for:

• losses arising from the Partner's violation of these terms or module terms
• actions of end users of the Partner's products
• temporary service unavailability due to reasons beyond the Company's control

The Partner bears full responsibility for the legality of their activities and the activities conducted using platform tools.

8. Changes to Terms​

The Company may unilaterally amend this offer. Partners are notified of changes through the dashboard. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
