Pay API Terms of Service

1. General​

This document governs the terms of connection and use of the Pay API module. By connecting the module, you confirm that you have read and fully accept these terms.

The module is provided by AdaptGroup LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (hereinafter — the "Company"), which operates the AdaptGroup platform (hereinafter — the "Platform").

Pay API allows partners to accept payments from users within their own project, using the payment infrastructure of the Platform.

2. Connection​

2.1 Application​

Access to Pay API is granted after review and approval of an application. The application must include the project name, description of activities, contact details, and the purpose of payments to be accepted.

The Company reviews the application and makes a connection decision at its sole discretion. A rejection may be issued without explanation.

2.2 API Key​

After the application is approved, the partner is issued an API key to access the service. The partner may reset the API key at any time through the dashboard — the old key becomes invalid immediately.

The partner is solely responsible for keeping the API key secure. Transferring the key to third parties is prohibited. If the key is compromised, it must be reset immediately.

3. Commissions and Revenue​

The Company's commission is charged on each successful payment. The commission rate depends on the payment method and is set individually upon connection. Current rates are displayed in the integration details in the dashboard.

Funds minus the Company's commission are credited to the integration balance. Withdrawals are made to the organization balance, the terms of which are governed by the Platform's general terms of service.

In the event of a payment refund, the amount is deducted from the integration balance.

4. Webhooks​

The Company notifies the partner of payment events via webhooks. The partner independently configures the URL and activates the required notification types through the dashboard.

If a webhook is not delivered, the Company automatically retries sending it. The partner is solely responsible for keeping the webhook secret secure — if compromised, it must be reset immediately through the dashboard.

5. Prohibited Use​

Pay API may not be used to accept payments for the following activities:

• gambling and casinos;
• fraud, scams, phishing, and other deceptive schemes;
• any other activity that violates applicable law or payment system rules.

If prohibited use is detected, the Company may immediately block the integration and organization. Funds on the balance are preserved — the refund procedure is resolved through support.

6. Partner Responsibility​

The partner is solely responsible for:

• the purpose of accepted payments and the legality of their activities;
• properly informing their users about payment terms;
• keeping the API key and webhook secrets secure;
• timely fulfillment of obligations to their users for paid services or goods.

7. Company Rights​

The Company has the right to:

• Deny connection without explanation.
• Block the integration or organization for violation of these terms.
• Change the commission rate, notifying the partner through the dashboard in advance.
• Amend these terms — the updated version is published in the Platform documentation.
