AdaptGroup Platform Terms of Service

1. General​

This document governs the terms of registration and use of the AdaptGroup platform (hereinafter — the "Platform"), operated by AdaptGroup LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (hereinafter — the "Company"). The Company provides partners with tools to launch and manage products under their own brand — through a unified dashboard and organization workspace.

By accessing the dashboard, you confirm that you have read and fully accept these terms and enter into an agreement with the Company. When connecting individual Platform modules (VPN bots, support bots, payment API, etc.), additional module-specific terms apply.

2. Account​

2.1 Registration​

Registration is available via email with confirmation, as well as through Google, Yandex, or Telegram. One email address and one Telegram account can only be linked to one platform account.

During registration, you may enter a referral code of a partner organization. In this case, the inviting organization will receive a percentage of your future withdrawals.

2.2 Profile and Security​

You are solely responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, immediately change your password and terminate active sessions. The Company is not responsible for actions taken using your credentials.

Multiple sign-in methods can be linked to your account simultaneously — Google, Yandex, Telegram. A list of active sessions with the option to terminate them is available in your profile settings.

2.3 Restrictions​

Creating multiple accounts to circumvent platform restrictions is prohibited. Transferring account access to third parties is not allowed — use the organization member invitation feature for team collaboration.

3. Organization​

3.1 What is an Organization​

An organization is a workspace on the platform within which modules are connected, the team is managed, and financial records are kept. One user can create up to 5 organizations.

The creator of an organization automatically becomes its owner.

3.2 Team​

Other platform users can be invited to an organization. Joining is possible via an invitation from an organization member or via a request reviewed by the owner. A member can belong to multiple organizations simultaneously. The owner may remove any member at any time.

3.3 Modules​

Platform functionality is connected through modules — VPN bots, support bots, payment API, and others. Each module is connected separately and governed by its own terms of service, which the partner agrees to at the time of connection.

3.4 Organization Balance​

An organization has a single balance in USD. Funds on the balance are used for working with platform modules.

Top-up is made through built-in payment methods available in the dashboard. Top-up limits are set by the Company and may be changed.

Withdrawals are available to the organization owner only. Available withdrawal methods, minimum amounts, and fees are displayed in the dashboard at the time of creating a request. The Company may update withdrawal terms. Withdrawal requests are processed manually — the Company makes reasonable efforts to process them in a timely manner, but specific timeframes are not guaranteed.

3.5 Referral System​

An organization can create its own referral code to attract new partners. When a new partner registers using this code, the organization becomes the referrer and receives a percentage of their future withdrawals. The percentage is displayed in the dashboard.

4. Liability​

The partner is solely responsible for the activities conducted using platform tools, including the actions of end users of connected products.

The Company undertakes to maintain dashboard operability and store partner data in compliance with information security requirements. The Company is not liable for losses arising from a partner's violation of these terms, or for temporary service unavailability due to reasons beyond the Company's control.

5. Access Suspension​

The Company may restrict or block access to an account or organization in case of violation of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or other justified reasons. Upon blocking, the organization's balance funds are preserved — the refund procedure is resolved through support.

6. Changes to Terms​

The Company may amend this document unilaterally. Partners are notified of changes through the dashboard. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
