AdaptGroup Infrastructure Terms of Service

Last updated: September 29, 2026

1. Provider and Scope

The infrastructure provider is AdaptGroup LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, USA, on June 23, 2026, registration number 2026-002012463. Address: 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.

These terms govern the provision of AdaptGroup virtual machines, dedicated servers, IP addresses, and related network resources. They apply to infrastructure ordered through Cloud Bots, Cloud API, and AdaptGroup partners.

In these terms, the customer is the party ordering the service. Where an order is placed through a partner, payments, contact with that partner's support, and order management are also governed by the terms of the relevant service and partner. The partner must communicate infrastructure usage restrictions to end users.

Acceptable use is governed separately by the AUP. Availability and compensation are governed by the SLA; processing personal data on the customer's behalf by the DPA; and copyright complaints by the Copyright Complaints / DMCA Policy. Service-specific provisions are set out in the Cloud Bots and Cloud API terms.

2. Service Components

The customer receives resources with the specifications stated in the order: location, CPU configuration, memory and disk capacity, IP addresses, traffic allowance, and other selected features.

A virtual machine runs on shared physical infrastructure, isolated from other virtual machines. The number of vCPUs and the CPU share are distinct parameters. The CPU share determines the calculated allocation of CPU resources and the relative scheduling weight during contention; it does not pin physical cores to the virtual machine. A value of 100% does not, by itself, mean that dedicated physical cores are provided.

A dedicated server rental provides a separate physical server in the agreed configuration. Rental does not transfer ownership of the equipment to the customer.

Unless the order states otherwise, one primary IPv4 address and one IPv6 /64 block are included. Additional IPv4 addresses are charged separately. Addresses are provided for use as part of the service and do not become the customer's property.

3. Orders and the Start of the Paid Period

An order specifies the selected configuration, price, and rental term. Preparing a virtual machine or dedicated server may take time; the preparation status is displayed in the ordering service.

The paid rental period starts when the resource is ready and delivered to the customer. For dedicated servers, the time spent waiting for assembly and preparation before delivery is not included in the paid period.

If preparation is unsuccessful and the resource is not delivered, the order is not treated as a service provided. The error is handled through the service where the order was placed; the restriction on refunds for voluntary cancellation of an already provided service does not apply to this case.

4. Payment, Renewal, and Price Changes

Services are prepaid for the term selected when ordering. The price, billing currency, and available rental periods are shown in the relevant service before order confirmation.

The customer must pay for renewal on time. Where automatic renewal is supported, it operates according to the customer's settings and requires sufficient funds. A reminder or an enabled automatic renewal setting does not, by itself, mean that renewal has been paid for.

The price agreed at payment remains unchanged for the paid period. The next period is charged at the price applicable at renewal.

AdaptGroup announces price increases at least seven days before they take effect in the Telegram notification channel @adapt_cloud_alert.

Stopping a virtual machine at the customer's request, leaving it idle, or temporarily not using a resource does not pause the rental period.

5. Expiry of the Rental Term

5.1. Virtual Machines

When the paid period expires, the virtual machine is stopped. The resource is retained for renewal for the following 24 hours, but service remains suspended.

If renewal is paid before deletion, operation of the resource is restored. After 24 hours of non-payment, the unpaid virtual machine is subject to deletion together with its data. The customer must not rely on any additional time beyond this deadline.

Restoration of a deleted virtual machine or its data is not included in the service. A subsequent order is a new order and depends on available resources.

5.2. Dedicated Servers

When the paid period expires, the dedicated server is considered unpaid. After 24 hours of non-payment, the rental ends and the server is handed over to an administrator for reset and preparation for a new rental.

Restricting access to and erasing a dedicated server may require administrator action. Continued technical connectivity after the rental ends does not extend the right to use the server. The customer must move any necessary data in advance; after termination, the data may be erased during the reset.

5.3. Additional IPv4 Addresses

Additional IPv4 addresses are charged separately for 30-day periods. Payment is required both while an address is assigned to a server and while it is held unassigned in the customer's profile.

Use of an additional address is suspended when its paid period expires. The address remains reserved for the customer for 24 hours to allow renewal; it is then released if unpaid and may be assigned to another customer.

6. IP Addresses

The primary IPv4 address is included with the server and is not billed as an additional address. Detaching the primary IPv4 address from an active virtual machine is not supported.

Additional IPv4 addresses may be assigned to compatible resources or detached and retained in the customer's profile where the relevant service supports this operation. Assignment depends on the location, available subnets, and resource compatibility.

Detaching an additional address while retaining it in the profile does not stop its separate billing. Assigning an address in the management system may require network configuration in the customer's operating system. The customer performs that configuration unless otherwise agreed.

An IPv6 /64 is included with the server and released when the server is deleted; separate retention of this block in the profile is not supported.

When deleting a virtual machine, the option to retain IPv4 addresses, if selected and supported, retains only additional addresses. The primary IPv4 address and the IPv6 block are released with the resource. Retained additional IPv4 addresses remain separately billable.

7. Traffic and Speed

The included traffic allowance and network limits are stated in the service specifications. Included traffic is accounted for in monthly billing periods, regardless of whether the server rental is prepaid for one month or a longer term. The boundaries of the current period are displayed in the service.

Where supported, the customer may purchase additional traffic. The volume, price, and validity period of an additional package are stated at purchase.

Once available traffic is exhausted, speed may be limited according to the plan. A separate limit may apply to sustained high bandwidth usage at the thresholds and for the durations specified in advance for the service.

Network port speed does not guarantee the same speed to every external server. Actual throughput also depends on the route, external networks, and the receiving party.

A traffic or speed limit applied under the plan does not, by itself, constitute an AUP violation.

8. Administration and Customer Data

AdaptGroup operates the hardware, network, and virtualization system. The customer is responsible for configuring, updating, and administering their operating system and applications, safeguarding access credentials, and using the resource in accordance with the AUP.

Installing the selected operating system on delivery does not include ongoing administration of customer applications unless separately agreed.

Automatic backups are not included. The customer must arrange backups and verify that data can be restored. Copies should be stored separately from the rented resource.

Configuration changes may require a restart and, if the current node lacks resources, migration of the virtual machine to another node. Reinstallation and deletion may destroy data; the customer must save any necessary copies before confirming these actions.

9. Voluntary Cancellation and Refunds

Where a service has been properly provided and the customer decides to stop using it, no refund is given for the remaining paid period. This also applies to voluntary deletion before the rental ends.

This rule does not automatically apply to orders where the resource was not delivered, incorrect charges, or other failures by the provider to perform. Such requests are reviewed separately through the ordering service.

Compensation for unavailability is governed by the SLA. These terms do not restrict customer rights that cannot be excluded by contract under applicable law.

10. Violations and Termination

Prohibited activities, complaint handling, response deadlines, and grounds for suspension are governed by the AUP. Where there is an immediate threat to infrastructure or third parties, restrictions may be imposed immediately pending investigation.

During suspension for a violation, the paid term continues to run and is not extended. If service is permanently terminated for a confirmed violation, no refund is given for the remaining period except where required by law; no additional time is provided to retrieve or transfer data.

A temporary suspension pending investigation is not the same as permanent termination and does not automatically result in data deletion.

11. Support and Notifications

Customers and partners can contact AdaptGroup support at [email protected] or on Telegram at @adapt_support.

Business proposals and partnership enquiries should be sent to [email protected]. Abuse complaints should be sent to [email protected]; their handling is described in the AUP.

A partner may provide its own customer support and publish its contact details in its service. For orders and payments made through a partner, the customer contacts that service's support; AdaptGroup support is also available for infrastructure matters.

Messages about order status, rental terms, and restrictions are sent through the channels provided by the service. The customer must keep contact details up to date. Technical notifications for Cloud API integrations are governed by the Cloud API terms.
