Open or close SMTP ports
PATCH/vms/:vm_id/firewall/smtp
Controls the system block on outbound TCP ports 25, 465, 587 and 2525 for IPv4 and IPv6 without restarting the VM. Send blocked=false to open the ports or blocked=true to close them.
Read revision from GET /vms/{vm_id}/firewall first. Send Idempotency-Key; if the response is lost, retry with the same key and unchanged parameters. On firewall_conflict, reread the settings and submit a new command with the new revision and a new key.
HTTP 202 returns a firewall_smtp operation. Poll GET /vms/{vm_id}/operations/{operation_id} until succeeded or failed. As with other firewall commands, result=null; read smtp_blocked, smtp_ports, revision and applied from GET /vms/{vm_id}/firewall. Queue acceptance does not confirm that the setting has been applied.
Removing the system block does not override provider restrictions or guest OS settings.
