Calculate VPS renewal
POST/vms/:vm_id/renew/quote
Adds the selected number of calendar months to the current paid term, or starts from the current time if it has expired. Uses current prices, markup and term discount. Renew before the service is deleted.
This calculation creates no order, charge or reservation. It can be called with an insufficient balance. Use amount_usd as expected_amount_usd when confirming the purchase.
