Quote IPv4 without a VPS
POST/ips/quote
One IPv4 in the selected location, without a VPS or cluster selection. Terms: 1/3/6/12/24/36 calendar months (default 1). Price is the fixed monthly rate from GET /plans times months, without markup or discount. The address belongs to api_user_id. auto_renew defaults to false; when enabled, renewals use the last paid term and current price.
The quote does not allocate an address or debit the balance; insufficient balance is allowed. Send amount_usd as expected_amount_usd when purchasing.
