For a new manual backup amount_usd=0.0000 and exact_size_available_after_backup=true: this is not the final cost; manual_gb_month_price_usd is the monthly rate per GiB. Send expected_amount_usd and expected_manual_rate_usd when purchasing to receive 409 price_changed if the price changes.
