GET/dedicated/rentals/:rental_id/operations
Lists power and reinstall operations for this rental, including after it has ended. Newest first; total_count is the count before pagination. A pending operation or an unresolved requires_review result blocks a new command. review_resolved_at records an administrator review; it does not rewrite the historical failed result.
