Traffic history

GET 
/vms/:vm_id/traffic/history

Returns all accumulated VPS incoming and outgoing traffic by UTC day, oldest first, without pagination. Counters are in bytes; outgoing traffic consumes the quota. The owner can read history after the VPS is deleted. If there are no observations yet, days is an empty array. Days without observations are omitted, and usage from before daily collection started is not backfilled.

The estimated=true flag means that usage from a sampling interval crossing UTC midnight was distributed between days in proportion to time. updated_at is the last update time for that day in UTC. The current day may be incomplete. The current quota and billing-period usage are available separately at GET /vms/{vm_id}/traffic.
