Dedicated operation

/dedicated/rentals/:rental_id/operations/:operation_id

Returns the operation only when it belongs to the specified rental and integration. Status: queued, running, succeeded, failed or cancelled. Successful power result includes power_state, changed and optional power_action; reinstall result includes os and verified. verified confirms installation checks, not client application health. Failed operations expose a public error and requires_review. If requires_review is true and review_resolved_at is null, contact support before a new command; repeating the same Idempotency-Key returns the original operation.
