Paid orders are separate from VPS operations. Statuses: pending, processing, completed, failed, refunded, review. completed on a dedicated purchase means reserved, not issued. review means an uncertain or partial outcome that needs clarification; do not start a duplicate purchase. Parameters expose only public fields and never passwords or internal costs.
