Backup export status

GET 
/backup-exports/:operation_id

Read status by worker_operation_id from the export order. ready means a file is available; expired means its retention period has ended. No signed URL is returned here. Backup storage size (stored_size_bytes) and ZIP download size (export size_bytes) are different measurements. The export is built separately from the reconstructed disk image and compressed again, so its size may be larger or smaller. A size difference alone does not indicate a damaged backup.
