/backup-exports/:operation_id/download

Returns a temporary download URL for a ready archive. The URL is valid for at most one hour and never beyond archive expiry. Reissuing a link does not consume the export preparation limit or extend the 24-hour archive retention. The limit does not restrict the number of downloads of the prepared file. Treat the URL as a secret. Cache-Control: no-store. Backup storage size (stored_size_bytes) and ZIP download size (export size_bytes) are different measurements. The export is built separately from the reconstructed disk image and compressed again, so its size may be larger or smaller. A size difference alone does not indicate a damaged backup.
