Delete VPS

DELETE 
/vms/:vm_id

Permanently deletes the VPS. keep_ips is a required query parameter. true retains IPv4 addresses, including the primary address, as separately billed addresses; false releases them. The result contains held_ips. Unused VPS time is not refunded.

Send a unique Idempotency-Key for each intended action. If the response is lost, retry with the same key and unchanged parameters; do not create a new key for the same purchase.

HTTP 202 accepts the request; it does not confirm completion. Save the order_id or operation id and check its status.
