Delete rule

DELETE 
/vms/:vm_id/firewall/rules/:rule_id

Read the current revision before any change and send it back. A conflict requires rereading settings before a new command. Rule order matters; reorder must contain every rule ID exactly once. PUT replaces the full rule. position is zero-based. At most 100 rules; ports are strings such as "443" or "8000-8010" and apply only to TCP/UDP. Source/destination accept an IP or CIDR of matching IP versions. System SMTP restrictions cannot be disabled here.

Send a unique Idempotency-Key for each intended action. If the response is lost, retry with the same key and unchanged parameters; do not create a new key for the same purchase.

HTTP 202 accepts the request; it does not confirm completion. Save the order_id or operation id and check its status.
