Delete backup

DELETE 
/backups/:backup_id

Deletes one automatic backup. The automatic service remains enabled. For a manual copy delete its service. Busy copies may be unavailable for deletion.

Send Idempotency-Key. HTTP 202 returns order_id; poll GET /orders/{order_id}. Acceptance is not completion. worker_operation_id appears after dispatch. Free actions are also recorded as zero-amount orders.
