Terminal link
POST/vms/:vm_id/terminal/link
Creates a one-time browser terminal URL for a running VPS, valid for five minutes before first use. Pass api_key_id in the query; no JSON body or Idempotency-Key. The response uses Cache-Control: no-store. Open the returned URL as is; it grants access to this VPS terminal.
